Entropy Studio is a text rewriting tool that transforms AI-generated content into prose with more human-like stylistic variation. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any text you submit to the Service and any rewritten output you receive. We do not claim ownership of your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your text for the purpose of providing the rewriting service and improving model quality. This license does not extend to selling, sharing, or publishing your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Misrepresent authorship in contexts where original authorship is required (e.g., academic submissions with honor codes)
• Circumvent usage limits through automated means
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy the model weights through the API

5. Usage Limits

Free usage is subject to daily token limits. These limits may change at any time. Authenticated users receive higher limits. Abuse or automated circumvention of limits may result in access being revoked.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet any particular standard of quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entropy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
